Job Duties:

• Speaker Bureau programs
• Financial Reconciliation of Speaker Bureau Events
• Request and Process SOW
• Process Approvals for Invoice with Brands
• Attend Weekly Brand Calls
• Provide Overview of Budget/Forecast versus Events on Books
• Provide Updates on Any New / Adjusted Compliance Guidance
• Provide Updates on System Integration / Upgrades
• Process “General Correspondence” for Speaker Programs (typically annual renewal)
• Compensation Reporting
• Partner with VDE (to review Master List of Brand Correspondence / PRT Content Decks) to review expiration dates
• Provide Support / Guidance for New Brand Initiatives
• Adhoc. Requests (including but not limited to):
• Communicate access / roster issues with approval flows to the Alignment team – if the Roster responsibilities shift
• Request and Process SOW
• Process Approvals for Invoice with Brands
• Attend Weekly Brand Calls
• Monthly Finance Files and review Average Costs, On Books, and Projections

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Pharma experience
• Excel skills (basic formulas are a MUST)
• Financial Reconciliation experience i.e. invoices / PO”s / verifying expenses
• Strongly prefer experience with HCP Programs
