Beemac Trucking, LLC a premier flatbed company headquartered in Ambridge, PA, is looking to add a Driver Recruiter due to recent growth.

The Driver Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of company drivers, owner operators, lease purchase operators and fleet owners.

Requirements:

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct telephone and personal interviews daily with prospective company drivers and owner operators.
Proactively source candidates by utilizing email campaigns, social media, driver referrals, calling incoming driver leads, and other leads sources.
Complete and review background checks including MVR, PSP, DAC reports, and employment verifications.
Review and process applications to determine whether applicants meet hiring criteria.
Assist with tracking calls generated by advertising media sources.
May require occasional travel to CDL training schools, job fairs, and other events as needed

Qualifications and Skills

1 – 2 years of previous recruiting experience, preferably in trucking or logistics
Previous experience using Tenstreet software preferred
A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and possess a high sense of urgency
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and a background check.
Ability to work individually or as a team player.

This is a full time position Monday through Friday with core hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Salary commensurate with experience.
