Our dental practice is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.
The ideal candidate for this position has worked for a small business before and has a background in HR, accounting and administrative duties, and preferably, healthcare office experience. The Office Manager will be responsible for working closely with our providers on budget and preparing payroll, as well as managing inventory, maintaining records and communicating with vendors.
Responsibilities:
· People Management.
· Accounts Payable.
· Credentialing.
· Collaboration with our financial coordinator re: accounts receivable.
· Managing office operations and activities.
· Oversight of office cleaning and maintenance.
· Coordination of office staff schedules, meetings, events, and special projects.
· Management of office flow of work and ensuring adequate coverage daily.
· Maintaining confidentiality of company data.
· Overseeing implementation of company policies.
· Recruiting and On-boarding.
· Employee Reviews and Disciplinary Matters/Crucial Conversations.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Thursday
