Key responsibilities will include:
Manage month end accounting close and financial reporting process, and year-end financial and necessary tax reporting as well as balance sheet management working in conjunction with the NASSC.
Oversee quarterly forecasting process for respective sites and ensure timely financial data for audiences with varying degrees of financial understanding.
Actively identify and lead process improvements.
Lead and create successful, empowered team of finance analysts and managers.
Work closely with finance partners in PI and SRG BU’s, manufacturing site staff and the extended finance team at the NASSC.
Oversee fixed assets management and capital projects by providing necessary support and guidance to site business partners and the NASSC.
Manage and drive the annual budgeting and costing process for respective sites.
Lead financial process, product hierarchy and system setup and integration for new business acquisitions and product launches.
About you: To be successful in this role, you require:
Minimum B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, MBA or working toward qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years relevant FP&A or accounting experience (journal entries, month-end close, general ledger, financial planning, standard costing, business analytics.)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel/MS PowerPoint and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Proven continuous improvement, organizational, analytical, communication, and strong attention to detail skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
