Bayside builders Looking for Project Manager at San Francisco Bay Area, CA Full Time

Busy Construction Company looking for an EXPERIENCED Bilingual Field Project Manager to help manage several ongoing projects.

Jobs Duties include:

– Working with salesperson to and coordinate who will be on site to open job

– Communicate with office – Sales managers, Production Managers, Project Managers about problems with jobs/contractors/customers

– Understand the full scope of the project=+plus

– Understand the progress of each job (order of how job will be completed)=plus+

– Be involved with material purchases and know the dates that they are arriving

– Ensure that the contractors are showing up when they need to and are working efficiently

– Coordinate with contractors to make sure they are there for inspections

– Maintain Relationships with VENDORS

– Assist reps in finding new contractors (ongoing)

– Maintain good communication and relationships with contractors

– Ensure the quality of work of contractors

– Ensure contractors stay on schedule

– Maintain Relationships with CUSTOMERS

– Ensure that customers are aware of the schedule of the project

– Ensure that customer’s needs/concerns are being met (within reason)

– Do a walk thru with customers at end of project

– Have customers sign off on completion certificate

-Spanish and English speaking is Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $149,047.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Signing bonus

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
