The Customer Care Manager (CCM) is responsible for developing and supporting Barco’s Service Business Partners. Responsibilities include monitoring, investigating, communicating and providing reporting on the performance of assigned products. Utilizing their skills and knowledge, the CCM will provide guidance, advice, and assistance to our service partners. This is an individual contributor role.
