What You Will Do:
Learn and understand each department of the company
Manage human resources documentation from start to finish
Maintain and update the organization chart of the company
Create forms and documents to increase the efficiency of the company and communication between departments
Train other employees on the correct use of forms and ensure they are implemented properly
Greet building visitors, assist them with checking in for interviews or meetings, and answer any questions they have
Manage voicemails and physical mail
Manage employee documentation (shred, scan, upload)
