We do a tremendous Used Car business in addition to our terrific line up of new cars, offering our F&I Managers an outstanding opportunity to earn.
Who are we looking for?
· Dealership Finance Manager experience is required!
· Ford experience is a plus but not required
· Verifiable track record of high-performance
· Ability to follow processes and procedures
· High level of integrity
· Goal-oriented and results-driven
· Strong record of customer satisfaction
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
· Computer proficiency
