The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient receivables from our contracted hospitals and other healthcare facilities. We are looking for people with a penchant for problem solving and passion for data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with healthcare facilities to ensure receivables are efficiently processed
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with contacts at each contracted facility
• Proactively work with fellow team members and outside personnel to trouble shoot and overcome impediments to timely payments
• Quickly master a variety of payment systems and maintain flexibility in collections processes
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Desire for continuous improvement and career advancement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Customer Service experience
• 1+ years relevant experience
• Innate aptitude for problem solving
• Detail oriented mindset
• Ability to interact effectively with both people and data
• Drive to generate results
• Flexibility to adapt to varied methodology
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
• Self-motivated and achieve goals
