We are looking for an ambitious, experienced professional who will join Awardco as an FP&A Manager and exemplify Awardco’s culture and values.
What you will accomplish:
Perform ad-hoc reporting and financial analyses at multiple levels of complexity, including cost analysis, and financial and expense performance comparisons.
Responsible for all monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast for the site. This includes production variance analysis, working capital reviews, capital expenditures and other analysis to support the Site Leadership Team in managing the business Manage business unit annual and quarterly budget processes. This will include developing key assumptions, working with business partners to ensure that budgets are appropriate and operational partners establish action plans that achieve the necessary financial outputs.
Create internal & external executive reporting documents including board, close and other management presentations
Support month-end close, flux review processes, and financial reporting Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Assist with development of the 3- year financial model, including developing the appropriate models and working with executives to reflect business trends in the financial plans Originate and develop analyses to help business units better understand financial trends and financial opportunities (e.g., cost savings, business development, etc.).
Able to draw concise conclusions from complex data and present results to management
Build outstanding and effective relationships with cross-functional teams
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance, and 5-7 years in corporate finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance (Budgeting, Performance Reporting, and Financial analysis)
Ability to identify necessary analysis and give direction to business partners
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Superior analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines
Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character
Proven expertise in developing complex financial models and forecasts
Experience in budgeting/forecasting with an ability to manage multiple deliverables and be able to work/problem solve independently Modeling guru with advanced excel skills
You enjoy problem solving – digging into complex and ambiguous data sets and synthesizing the “so what”s at an executive level
