Invoicing clerk’s in Shakopee, MN | $15.25/Hour
Our Invoicing clerk’s workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 10:00 am until 6:30 pm. This job is a Light Industrial type position that that pays $15.25/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Requirements for Position
- May be required to complete and maintain company’s Lift Operator Certification
- Ability to move product by using a pallet jack and hand truck
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require; support or rotate to other production functions as needed
- Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Comprehend verbal and written instructions
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Knowledge of internal operating system(s) is necessary to perform job
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Mandatory extra hours as required, which may include weekends
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior invoicing or shipping experience preferred
- Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment
- Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
