Award Staffing Looking for Account Receivable/ Collection Specialist at Big Lake, MN, USA Full Time

About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Account Receivable/Collection Specialist∙ Pay: $20/Hour∙ Location: Big Lake, MN∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4PM. Daily functions:

1. Responsible for assisting accounts receivable collection, credit reference checks, cash applications and credit card processing,
2. Answer questions about invoices and research outstanding invoices
3. Process credits to customer accounts
4. Business-to-Business Collections

Desired qualifications:

1. High school diploma/GED.
2. Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
3. 2+ years customer service experience required.
4. 2+ years corporate collection experience preferred.
5. Advanced Skills using Microsoft Office.
6. Excellent written and communication skills (phones, letter, email).

Physical requirements:

1. Ability to type and talk at the same time.
2. Sitting for long durations of time.
3. Use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and phones.
