The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, assisting employees with the on-boarding process, respond timely to client requests, sort and distribute mail, maintain online data base, assist other departments with reporting as needed, order office supplies, coordinate service calls and assist payroll processors. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.). Applicant must demonstrate attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in customer service and handling of confidential information would benefit the ideal applicant.
