Auto Boutique Texas is looking for an F&I Manager to join our Team! Exceptional Communication Skills is an absolute MUST and Customer Service Ethics is REQUIRED. Candidates must be very dependable and be authorized to work in the US. Must have the ability to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.
- Ability to generate referrals from centers of influence.
- Maintain clean paperwork.
- Co-lead and motivate team of retail Finance Managers & Credit Analysts
- Handle customer escalations with the ability to de-escalate issues
- Work directly with funding team to expedite funding
- Negotiate with prime and subprime lenders for best rates
- Accuracy with paperwork
- Follow protocol of product and loan cancellations and reinstatement
- Assist with new process and roll-outs
- Knowledge of: Route One, Auto Soft, Dealer Navigator, E-Leads, Darwin, etc.
- Knowledge of: Capital One, Ally, Wells Fargo and subprime lenders
Qualifications
- Self-motivated.
- Familiarity with consumer lending products and practices
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- High-level mental fortitude.
- Minimum five years prior f&i and sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Must sign a Confidentiality, Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure
- Able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow, particularly during periods of high loan volume.
- Averaging $1,900 a copy.
