Auto Boutique Texas is looking for an F&I Manager to join our Team! Must have the ability to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.

• Ability to generate referrals from centers of influence.

• Maintain clean paperwork.

• Co-lead and motivate team of retail Finance Managers & Credit Analysts

• Handle customer escalations with the ability to de-escalate issues

• Work directly with funding team to expedite funding

• Negotiate with prime and subprime lenders for best rates

• Accuracy with paperwork

• Follow protocol of product and loan cancellations and reinstatement

• Assist with new process and roll-outs

• Knowledge of: Route One, Auto Soft, Dealer Navigator, E-Leads, Darwin, etc.

• Knowledge of: Capital One, Ally, Wells Fargo and subprime lenders

Qualifications

• Self-motivated.

• Familiarity with consumer lending products and practices

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

• High-level mental fortitude.

• Minimum five years prior f&i and sales experience with a proven track record of success.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism

• Must sign a Confidentiality, Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure

• Able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow, particularly during periods of high loan volume.

• Averaging $1,900 a copy.
