The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance with all accounting and financial requirements for the Property, providing financial support, and technical expertise to the Director of Finance and hotel team, with the goal of maximizing profit and safeguarding hotel assets. The main responsibilities for this role are managing the accounting records and financial reports, providing effective controls, and management of financial accounting and control procedures.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of Hotel or Resort Management Finance experience required.
Previous Assistant Controller or Assistant Director of Finance experience or equivalent also required.
