We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Financial Analysis to lead our financial planning and analysis team. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management:
• Oversee and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial analysis function.
• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Lead the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Reporting and Presentation:
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all financial reporting and communication.
• Strategic Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for mergers, acquisitions, and other business development opportunities.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the finance function remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning tools).
• Certifications: CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
