ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is an exciting and multi-faceted role supporting the Audible Studios team. As Associate Manager, Talent Relations and Awards, you will exercise a high level of professionalism in dealing with individuals from both inside and outside of the company. You will organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information, and assist with team activities such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events.

You have experience working as a coordinator and supporting a large team. You are innovative, curious, self-starting, and extremely focused. You have superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and confidence to proactively jump in and own tasks with strong logistics and an operationally focused lens. You have the ability to complete tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and work effectively with team members across the organization. You have a good sense of humor and a desire to work hard, have fun, and make history.
As the Associate Manager, Talent Relations and Awards, you will…
Prepare Overview Documents including internal and external Audible Studios metrics and goals met.
Take meeting minutes and generate post-meeting action item notes; lists; and timelines.
Create and keep track of our active release calendar for Release Day, Release Week and 30 Day Release communication with talent and their teams.
Compile and maintain industry contact database.
Maintain a master corporate calendar that includes all major awards shows, sporting events, film festivals, and critical televised broadcasts worldwide – particularly those related to audio, podcasts, music, film, tv, animation, digital, marketing, advertising, promotions, and licensing.
Assist in maintaining Audible Studios theatre calendar cross-referenced against the master corporate calendar.
Manage event ticketing needs and requests for all Audible Studios executives across every primary industry and project-specific event or conference.
Manage talent and partnership gifting needs both internal and external for all major holidays and as required (birthdays, congratulatory, etc.).
Assist and manage creative projects, including copywriting, graphic design, and pitch deck creation, among other requested design/creative tasks.
Provide research assistance on critical trends in the media and entertainment landscape and up-in-coming or targeted talent and filmmakers.
Exercise foresight to prepare and proof outgoing written materials.
Compile, track and distribute department updates on a fortnightly basis.
Assist in producing department and corporate events, festivals, meetings, and offsites.
Prepare and track travel documents, vacations, and expense reports.
Basic Qualifications
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Google docs and Keynote.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of basic assistant job functions.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good time management.
Able to multi-task and think on your feet.
Understanding of confidential nature of information they will be privy to.
Proficient in Powerpoint and/or Keynote.
Proficient in CANVA.
