Our client is a large-scale organization looking to add an Accounts Payable Analyst. This company is looking for an experienced professional that can work in a team just as effectively as they can work independently. Accounts payable and analytical skills are must-haves. This company is fast growing and experiencing a rapid expansion in terms of their Finance division. This is a great foot in the door with room for growth.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr – $22/hr
Position Overview:
Applicants must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Our client is looking for some previous experience but is willing to train the right candidate with an internship background. Analytical and technical skills are needed.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
- Researching and resolving accounts payable with customers and vendors
- Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
