Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for delivering all facets of talent acquisition including recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. This position is not remote.
Job Duties
Develop and execute recruiting plans for each region.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Coordinate and implement college/ tech school recruiting initiatives.
Work with centers on open positions
Create and update job descriptions
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each center.
Manage Regional Field Recruiters
Conduct regular follow-up with Administrators to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, etc.
Create contacts within industry.
Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
SuperUser and Trainer for HRIS System (Recruitment side)
Create and prepare reports as needed for Executive Team
All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
One to two years of recruiting experience, long term care experience preferred.
Supervisory experience, preferred
