Are you looking to get involved in a fast-growing industry with a growth-oriented company? Atlantic.Net is growing their accounting team in Orlando, FL and is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

Job Description Summary:

The main purpose of the position and the general responsibilities it entails include obtaining the generated revenue through processing invoices, updating financial records, generating financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. They will work with all personnel to assure timely and accurate reporting and past due collections.

Essential Duties:

• Exercise professionalism and discretion when dealing with customer, company, or employee information
• Answer customer telephone inquiries and trouble ticket inquiries
• Ensure data integrity of contracts and other legal documents between company and customers
• Process service changes and cancel requests
• Assist customers with account modifications
• Perform collection tasks to ensure receivables are collected promptly
• Other duties, projects, and responsibilities assigned by Controller

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fundamental understanding of accounting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethic
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ticketing software
• Great attention to detail
