Position Summary: This position is responsible for serving as the Financial Partner assigned to operational leaders and possibly, additional corporate support. This position will be responsible for full ownership from start to finish of high profile moderate to complex projects. Position will be responsible for overseeing the entire field budgeting/forecasting process for the operations finance team. In addition, the Manager, Operations Finance serves as the liaison between the Resource Center and Operations, and will partner closely with the FP&A and Accounting teams to ensure alignment in shared duties such as the budgeting process and KPI management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor for assigned operational leaders conducting monthly business reviews, general reporting, financial planning and analysis, interpetting complex financial analysis to operators and providing financial guidance so management can make better informed decisions.
May also be assigned to leaders at the resource center to provide financial support and serving as their trusted advisor.
Oversees from start to finish high profile complex financial projects that may have a material financial impact on the organization
Owner of the entire field budget process including overall project management, creating budget templates, target setting, board of director reporting, work interactively with operations to finalize budget, prepare summary reports and communicate to finance leadership team.
Provide financial guidance for MSAs in assigned territories
Provide analytics and insights on key business drivers (identification of new opportunities, staffing models, tracking of initiatives)
Delivery of P&L and finance related training to new operational leaders
Deliver and be able to effectively communicate monthly results to operations leaders
Modeling of new business, RFPs, partnerships that pop up in specific territories
Conducts monthly review with revenue accounting team to review NRPV clinic variances, billing changes & collection rate changes
Drives and tracks under-performing clinic strategies created by VPCO, Finance Ops Partner & RM

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required or equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
At least five years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience
Certification/Licensure:
Certified Public Accountant, designation (desired)
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint: efficient database sourcing, utilization of standard Excel functions (sumif/s, v/hlookup, index/match, indirect, pivot tables, data tables, filters) to aggregate and summarize data, creation of graphs in proper context of data presented, use of best practices for insuring data integrity, design of executive/board level presentation quality outputs.
Experience with Power BI a strongly preferred
Language Skills
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
