We are searching for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join a local leader in the product engineering space This role offers best-in-class benefits and work / life balance, as well as the opportunity to work with a team of rockstars who are committed to uplifting and supporting each other
Key Responsibilities :
This role is part of the corporate accounting team, with daily responsibilities roughly as follows : % invoicing, % new project kickoff, % A / R aging, % sales order management, and % ad-hoc fluctuating responsibilities
Coordinate and execute full cycle invoicing activities including sales order creation, customer purchase order management, invoicing all the way through collection customer payments
Work with project managers for invoice approvals and adjustments
Manage PO balances for both internal and external customers
Aid in A / R aging activities
Track project and phase completion dates for future invoicing
Exercise discretion handling confidential items
Skills & Qualifications :
– years’ experience of accounting experience (AR, AP, Bookkeeping etc)
Experience utilizing ERP accounting software
Experienced with Microsoft Excel
Great Communication skills, both internally and externally
Ability to work well independently and as a team
