Purpose of this team:
The Marketing
team with Worldwide Learning is responsible for marketing their certification and training offerings for Microsoft Learn. This is for anyone currently enrolled, anyone looking for new jobs or organizations with top tier accounts that need specific trainings. Some trainings are tied to help candidates get certified for a certain role, and some are trainings are just on specific technical aspects of a product or for a particular area.
Key Projects:
3 Leads on this team who are responsible for different certification portfolios. This role will support 2 of the 3 leads. They will assist with the business applications portfolio and modern work and security certifications portfolio. The role will be made up of writing newsletters to be sent out to the public to certified trainers, monthly updates sent out to internal teams, weekly posts sent out through company tool as well as other media platforms, creating and managing blogs, and CELA (Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs) reviews. The candidate will overall help support throughout integrated marketing, stay on top of cadence for content submissions, stay up to date with weekly external promotions. Attend regular meetings with stakeholders and come away with action items.
