We are actively hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support one of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA. Role will be 100% remote
Daily schedule: M-F
Building location: Remote
Remote possibility: PST preferred
Job Description:
Supporting customer tickets for click credit promotions for advertising.
Managing ticket queue, responding to tickets, distributing funds and closing tickets when needed.
Marketing organization
Marketing campaigns
Help Advertising campaigns
Working with stakeholders/partners
Distributing funds
Deliver reporting
Answering emails
Candidate Requirements:Required Skills:
1-2+ years of customer service/operation experience prior where they managed sims
Marketing background would be a nice to have – copywriting
MUST have sim ticket experience (should be shown in resume)
Experience in MS Excel
