OverviewAssuredPartners of Arizona, Tucson, is looking for their next all-star to join the team! The Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Account Executive and Producer as the dedicated point of contact for clients.

Manage day-to-day service including claims, billing, eligibility, and service issues.
Properly set expectations for issue resolution, monitors progress and communicates outcomes.
Updates BenefitPoint in a timely manner including updates to on-going activity.
Conducts quarterly service status calls to assigned book of business clients.
Conducts implementation activities for new and existing clients and attends meetings with AE.
Oversees installation of the group on renewal.
Assists in completion and processing of applications; Schedules, prepares for, supports and/or conducts open enrollment meetings.
Collects forms/data/schedules for regulatory compliance.
Finalizes enrollment with carrier and report results to AE and producer.
Updates agency management system within 30 days after sale or renewal.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Ideally licensed with an active Arizona Accident & Health Insurance license Ideally certified for Medigap plan options and ACA coverage Background/Experience with Medigap plans, ACA health plans, as well as other individual life and health products Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products Bachelor degree; 2-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent verbal communication skills Valid drivers license Grow, with usAssuredPartners is passionate about fueling our clients innovation and growth.
