Assist Health Group is looking for an energetic individual to join its scheduling call center team. This is a work from home/remote position
As a Call Center Supervisor, you will :
1) Be responsible to make and accept calls from new and existing customers. Answering their queries and providing the highest level of customer service.
2) Resolve escalated calls.
3) Coach a team of agents to provide the highest level of customer service
4) Calculate and Report call center metrics to management and meet weekly/monthly goals
You would be a great fit if you have
1) Experience working in a call center environment
2) Goal driven with a track record of exceeding goals
3) Experience supervising a team
4) Experience working in the healthcare field

This is a full-time Remote/Work-From-Home position. You will be eligible for benefits, PTO and annual bonuses. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5
