WonderDads is seeking an entrepreneurial marketer to join the founding team of WonderDads. The startup is aimed at helping Dads with kids ages 0-12 go above and beyond in embracing their kid’s childhood years. With 12,000 members nationwide and a newly released app, we are seeking an individual with display marketing expertise (Facebook ads, Google, etc.) that is excited to take a broader role in all areas of helping to turn WonderDads into an eventual household name and THE brand for Dads. You must have experience with personally launching and managing conversion ads with significant budgets ($100k/Month Plus), content marketing and social media, and be excited to learn other areas of entrepreneurship to help handle any and all challenges as we grow the business. Your self-starter attitude, grit and work ethic are the best additional skills you can bring to the table.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Personally create and manage landing pages and Facebook & Google ad campaigns with specific CPA and CPL goals;
Test additional ad platforms such as Twitter, Tic-Tok and others where Dads are spending time online;
Daily reporting of key metrics to spot trends and opportunities to scale the ad budget and make sure comfortably ROAS positive;
Daily posting to social media to drive engagement, increase followers, and ultimately membership conversions;
Lead and expand our affiliate program that helps Dads make extra income;;
Weekly product research with friends and colleagues to get feedback and incorporate into our product and content;
Ability to learn new skills and willingness to do anything from customer service to administrative duties;
Comfortable creating own documents and materials when needed for landing pages, images and more;
Ability to work individually as well as a part of a very small team and effectively share the workload;
Effective communication with C-Suite of Aspatore on progress.
Qualifications:
Must understand the mindset of a parent so you can “live the brand;”
5+ years of display ad expertise, social media marketing, and working as an entrepreneur or for a small (and rapidly growing) business;
Possess the passion and work ethic to be an entrepreneur and excited to get in on the ground floor of an exciting and growing company;
Experience with revenue-based goals and achieving those objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; need to be highly-skilled with writing articulate and convincing ad copy, posts and emails;
Must be energetic and positive – hitting dead-ends doesn’t disappoint you, you simply try another way;
Must enjoy problem-solving and multi-tasking, be a self starter, efficient working remotely, and very well organized even when multi-tasking.
Additional Details:
The upside of a startup offering a base salary, is that it is not tied to external funding, as we fund all our own ventures;
Aspatore Academy – Your first 2 weeks will be spent learning all aspects of entrepreneurship from the Aspatore team, product experts and other instructors we bring in to teach our version of the fundamentals of entrepreneurship.
Compensation:
$80,000 – $120,000 annual base salary, with the potential to earn revenue generated bonuses and future equity in the company.
