Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Dual Roles in both Business Knowledge and Technology:
Travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations.
Conduct presentations, both in-person and remotely, to introduce existing customers to the new technology.
Train all the customer’s personnel on upgraded, or new, software.
Guide the customer through the upgrade, resolve all software and hardware issues, and ultimately support the customer through successfully using the new system.
Clearly communicate technical concepts to customer audiences.
Provide technical support for digital solution offerings.
Provide software testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Properly resolve or escalate system issues following an established process.
Ability to develop strong on-site and remote team and client relationships.
Participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into production-based field.
Demonstrate strong presentation skills one-on-one, with small and large groups, and possess strong analytical, leadership & communication skills.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2 years’ experience providing field-based technical training and support.
Experience conducting training remotely.
2+ year of experience providing technical support.
Extensive travel experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
Able to be flexible to work on new technologies and understand production business process.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Able to collaborate in a team environment to complete required projects.
Able to gracefully receive feedback.
