ASAP Solutions Group, LLC Looking for HR Operations Leader at Remote Full Time

ASAP Solutions is filling a 12 month plus contract position for a large non-profit client located in Atlanta for an HR Operations Leader. Position can be remote from anywhere in the U.S. and will be working eastern time zone hours. Candidates must also be fully Covid vaccinated in order to be considered. The Human Resource Operations Leader is responsible for driving projects within the human resources department to complete organization-wide HR related initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing HR policies and procedures to determine their relevance to the organizations goals, values, and objectives. You will meet with leadership to propose changes and be responsible for the completion of established and upcoming projects.

You will work closely with executives and HR personnel to ensure that their HR strategy supports the overall business goals of the organization. You will stay up to date on HR trends, laws, or regulations to apply to the organization’s HR strategy. You will have strongly developed skills in communications and team leadership. May also organize and lead weekly or monthly meetings with team members.

Required Skills:

Project Management: Strong project management skills including organizational and time management will assist in effectively leading projects toward completion.

Problem-solving. Must have ability to identify issues that arise and present solutions to overcome them.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are a requirement as a Human Resource Operations Leader to communicate with all levels of the company. In addition to understanding the needs management expresses, you must be able to convey those needs to other employees.

Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, human resource, or information technology.

HR Certifications helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
