Art Medicine is seeking to welcome a connected and motivated Online Community & Sales Manager as our next team member!

We’re looking for a leader who is excited to grow and nurture our Art Medicine Community. This person thrives on a team and has proven sales experience working with online businesses.
Our new team member:
- Is a self starter, motivated to inspire and encourage people to step into their vision
- Can tap into their creativity to bring innovative ideas to our team
- Is motivated to show up in a sales mindset every day
- Loves being on social media and understand the ins and outs of various platforms and how to both set up and leverage their features
- Is comfortable with tech, metrics, and reporting
This role will be a crucial part of our marketing and sales strategies and support with things like:
- Lead generation to support the success of our marketing events
- Welcoming, nurturing, and engaging our existing followers and encouraging their progression through our funnels
- Working closely with our team to leverage our marketing strategies for the best results
- Optimizing our social media platforms and leveraging individual platform strategies
This is a part-time, contract position. Current estimated hours per week are 10-20 hours per week with room for expansion. Compensation will include a base retainer fee + uncapped commission.
At this time, we’re only accepting applicants based (or that can communicate) within the US Pacific, Mountain, Central or Eastern time zones.
