As a Stock Administrator at Arete, you will be responsible for all activities associated with the administration of the company‚„s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), and any other applicable retirement benefits. Duties include promoting the ESOP throughout the company by educating our employees on its benefits. Act as the liaison with third-party administrators (TPA) for the retirement benefits programs and ensure compliance with the rules of the plans and that all plan timelines are met. Ability to work with the TPA on coordination of administrative duties including census preparation and verification, verification of Statement of Accounts allocation, verification of participant statements, distributions, and diversifications. Duties also include ensuring completion of all required plan testing, 5500 questionnaire completion, and coordinating the 5500 audits, and any action items that result from audit. This position is based in our Northridge, CA‚ office.‚ This is an exempt, full-time position.‚
