Area Temps Looking for Insurance Claims Representative at Strongsville, Ohio Full Time

A medical facility is seeking an Insurance Claims Representative to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments or denials of insurance claims
• Read, interpret, and understand Exclamation of Benefits to resolve claims
• Process new applicants and enter data

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Any combination of experience in education, training, or in a hospital business office is preferred
• Must have 2 years prior experience processing insurance filing
• Must be able to access and navigate insurance provider portals
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have excellent communication, phone etiquette, and organizational skills
• Must have high volume customer service skills with the ability to pay a high attention to detail
• Must have discretion with a professional demeanor and presence
