Area Storage Transfer is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our team in Harrisburg, PA to work in our corporate office. This position is an important part of the daily and monthly operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Entry of AP invoices
- Assisting with the creating of journal entries
- Perform end of month and year end reconciliations
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Record and reconcile credit card activity
- Assist with the year end review
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Experience using Quickbooks helpful
- Strong analytical skills
Qualifications
Associate’s degree plus 2 years experience or equivalent experience
Experience with Quickbooks preferred
Pay: $20 to $26 per hour
