We are seeking a highly ambitious, career oriented professional to work as a self-storage facility manager. We are Arco’s Self Storage with 8 facilities in Northern California. On-Site Housing available AFTER employee has passed their Probation period
Job Requirements: (but are not limited to)
- Renting storage units
- Answering phones
- Accepting payments
- Cleaning and lite maintenance
- Answering customer questions
- Mailing of required legal notices to delinquent customers
- Compiling reports for Corporate Offices on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Other routine office duties will be assigned
Desired Skills:
- Superior Customer Service & Sales Skills
- Being comfortable interacting with the public is mandatory
- Highly proficient telephone skills
- Efficient at creating Spreadsheets and Reports
We are looking for stability in your work history as this position is for long-term employment
Must be computer literate and have at least 3 years customer service experience
Will be required to pass drug screening and background check
This position is for eight hours per day, 40 hours per week. Work schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday. Weekdays is 9:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday is 8:30am to 5:00pm. Some overtime may occur. Occasional extra shifts will be necessary, but these will be infrequent.
