Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.
Immediate opening for a long-term multi-year engagement to fill a position for a Government Contracting Business Financial Manager (Mid-Level) with a Secret Security Clearance. Work location is onsite in San Diego CA. We accept direct hire candidates only, W2 employee hires. We do not accept 1099 independent consultants. We do not accept staffing firms. We do not accept corp-to-corp (C2C) candidates. We can’t sponsor H1B.
Required Education / Certifications / Skills:
Performs all functional duties independently.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience.
- Secret Security Clearance and ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
- Provide financial management support for a branch, office, organization, or department.
- Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders.
- Manage finances across multiple funding types.
- Track budgets, costs, and variances.
- Produce executive summaries.
- Conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements.
- Develop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues.
- Interpret and apply financial management principles.
- Apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goal.
In addition:
Excellent oral and written skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to complete concurrent tasks.
Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Excellent critical thinking skills.
