AUS operates from over 200 locations nationwide and has an immediate opportunity for an Order Assembly Clerk in Decatur, IL The Order Assembly Clerk ensures a high level of service to Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) customers through handling all related duties of the office from preparing work for AUS Order Assembly, logging and monitoring reports, printing and matching code tapes and emblems to tickets, billing and adjustments, and other related reports. Also includes extensive phone and E-mail correspondence with Market Centers. . Responsibilities: This position is in an office environment. Generate Code tapes, match with orders for assembly Assemble code tapes and emblems with market center tickets for production environment Separate tickets holding for emblems or tickets ready for warehouse. . Send emails to customers on missing emblems and garments shipping without emblems. Handle customer service requests (looking up orders, issuing return authorizations and credits). . Provide tracking data to Office Manager as requested. Participate in weekly Safety meetings. . Support and participate in the Company’s production and quality standard with a continuous focus on customer service. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. . Overtime may be required. REQUIREMENTS: Computer experience to include Microsoft Office Customer Service experience preferred Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. .
