Job Description
his individual is responsible for working with various Aramark Project teams, GSC & GPOs Category Managers, GSC & GPOs Finance, and SCM Information Services. Key responsibilities include performing in-depth data analysis and communicating results and recommendations to various groups and cross-functional teams across the business.
Job Responsibilities
o Financial modeling for bid analysis
o Gross / Net spend analytics
o Plan / Forecasting analysis
o LOB impact analysis
o Interact with the sourcing team to identify programs and timing of enhancements.
o Work with billing team to assess execution of enhancements and proper recognition of value created.
o Prepare monthly reporting including reconciliation of actual results, forward projections, and BU performance
o Report actual vs. plan variances by program
o Adjust future forecast estimates based on business trends
o Incorporate productivity enhancements into total program forecast
o Gather outlook and updates from the procurement team related to sourcing initiatives, supplier agreements, and market changes.
o Interact with LOB Finance and Operational teams to incorporate business updates and client base changes into annual operating plan targets.
Qualifications
Experience, education required to perform essential functions
This position requires a 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience. Strong analysis skills are a must. An understanding of the full spectrum of Aramark?s data systems and data handling processes is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with superior analytical ability are essential. Proficiency in operating a PC is required with strong skills in Microsoft Office; strong Access skills a must, Oracle Discoverer, and SQL knowledge is desirable. Knowledge of an ad hoc reporting system necessary.
