This position provides a Monday – Friday schedule.

What you will be doing as a Customer Solutions Support Representative
In an effort to make sure our customers feel heard and valued, your job as the Customer Solutions Support Representative is to provide an unmatched experience by answering incoming customer calls and provide single call resolution to all questions, requests, concerns, and complaints. Customer Experience Specialist’s will also monitor captured customer complaints and ensure resolutions are met in a timely manner for all complaints tracked by various departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls.
• Solve customer questions, requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Coordinate with various departments to find agreeable resolutions to customer questions, requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Track complaints received including resolutions and next steps.
• Pro-Actively address and predict customer needs.
• Coordinate with Account Servicing to facilitate resolution on delinquent and past due accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Customer Service experience required
• Advanced Problem Solving skills necessary
• Knowledge of Collecting Rules and Regulations preferred, but not required
