Aptiva Health is a rapidly expanding multi-specialty group with multiple locations throughout Kentucky. We are currently looking to hire a Medical Call Center Manager for a centralized call center out of our Louisville office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill this position and begin training immediately.
Medical Call Center Job Responsibilities:
Our medical call center representatives work directly with patients and practitioners. Day to day duties include working in a call center setting and participating in day-to-day operations of new patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification and pre-authorization approvals. The manager will be responsible for overseeing our centralized call center.

Call center experience required. Medical call center experience strongly preferred.
