JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, FP&A is responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning and reporting for the Field Operations and Field Support organizations and for facilitating the budget and planning process for Field and Support Operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with continued development of Forecasting and Modeling tools.
Oversee the budget and planning process for Field Operations and Support organizations and provide guidance and direction on budget preparation.
Analyze branch monthly profit and loss statements and overhead spending reports and Identify trends and recommend necessary corrective action when needed.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expense
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making.
Support Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis and reporting.
Prepare analysis and materials (documents, PowerPoint presentations) to support executive leadership operations reviews including field financial reports, roadmaps, progress-to-plan materials, issue analysis reports.
Financially evaluate revenue and cost saving opportunities.
Produce concise financial reports & models to assist the Leadership in assessing performance and making decisions.
Build close working relationships with Field and Support organizations to help increase branch profitability
Partner with the leadership of operational departments as a proactive, trusted advisor to enable better decision-making and operational performance and to ensure that the strategy is being executed in accordance with the plan.
Performs other duties as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff.
Minimum Required Qualifications (External):
Education and/or Experience
A major in Finance or Accounting preferred
At least eight years of related experience is required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
Designation such as MBA, CPA or CMA a plus

Ability to tear apart a complex problem, understand what is going on, put it all back together and ultimately communicate succinctly with senior leadership.

Demonstrated strength working cross functionally to drive issue resolution, results driven, problem solver, self-starter
Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency with MS Excel and preferably MS PowerPoint
Background in budget/forecast systems (Hyperion, TM1)
Language Skills
English (reading, writing, verbal)
Mathematical Skills
College-level mathematical skills required

Compensation is commensurate with experience
