RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with HR consulting function to develop a deep understanding of strategy, priorities and opportunities for the business units that you support
• Retrieve systems data from one to many sources and present it in a way that helps inform HR solutions to business needs
• Prepare and provide summary analysis in a client ready format for HR consulting function stakeholders
• Prepare presentation materials in connection with data/analysis
• Identify opportunities to develop standard reporting for the HR consulting function
• Collaborate with HR Analytics and Advisory Services teams on data reporting. Serve as a champion in rolling out new tools for self-service data solutions.
• Provide non-standard analytical support to the HR consulting function
• Handles ad-hoc transaction activities requiring immediate attention
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR and managing data
• Bachelor•s degree required, Master•s preferred
• High degree of comfort with analyzing and interpreting data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, highly organized, flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI Visualization tools
