This is an exciting opportunity to work in US Sales Finance, partnering with our outstanding sales team, driving sales growth, implementing critical initiatives, and delivering outstanding return on investment for Apple through the US Carrier channel. A successful candidate must be an independent, highly motivated, team-oriented leader. They must be a proactive business partner supporting and collaborating with all of our cross-functional teams. The position reports to the US Carrier Controller and requires team leadership capability, extensive financial modeling, market analysis, driven assessments, reporting, and presentation skills. This role partners closely with US Sales and Finance Management teams to drive overall company objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: – Providing key input, analysis, and insight into the weekly, quarterly, and long range forecasting process for the US Carrier business – Partnering with Sales leaders to develop and deploy deal structures and channel terms that will drive reseller behavior and improve profitable sell-thru performance – Providing key analysis and commentary on the state of the business, risks, and opportunities for executive consumption – Delivering outstanding return on investments (demand generation programs, front margin, back margin, channel programs, deal desk, OPEX, etc.) – Development and deployment of sales programs (merchandising, staffing, training, etc.) – Ensuring that channel partners are aligned with their relevant terms and conditions – Working with Sales, Credit, and Legal on any business risks and ensuring that we have a mitigation plan
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field; MBA, or relevant advanced degree highly preferred
