This role will be a very diverse and comprehensive experience across financial, strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. The position reports to the WW Education Sales Controller and will be responsible for driving business and revenue growth, product pricing strategy, commercial deal structuring, go-to-market financial analyses, and annual planning processes.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in sales finance, financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, or management consulting
Shown ability leading and managing a team of hard-working analysts
Experience partnering with Sales leaders in a technology environment
Thrives in a fast-paced, results driven environment with ambiguity and incomplete information
Great teammate with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically on critical business issues, while simultaneously possessing the ability to act tactically to complete them
Experience developing processes and/or improving existing processes, with desire to inspire change across our team and Apple as an organization
Shown experience presenting directly to senior leadership
Description
Partner with Sales on large, sophisticated customer engagements with focus on improving units, revenue, margin and market share Serve as an advisor to senior management on sales performance and go-to-market strategies Own product pricing, discounting, and demand generation strategy for all commercial deals and contractual agreements Develop and implement KPI metrics and bring together market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and influence business strategy Lead weekly demand discussion with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams Drive roadmap for new tools, systems, and data environments that improve key analyses and sophisticated analytics Represent financial perspective during major contract negotiations with customers and vendors Demonstrate excellent leadership, collaboration, and communications skills Able to successfully influence others, lead multiple-priorities efficiently, and balance dealing with both executive management from Finance and Sales daily Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Apple Financial Services, Reseller Operations, SDM and others to drive route-to-market initiatives sought at growing the Education, Government, and Health commercial businesses
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
