As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of subscription services that our customers and their families enjoy every day. iCloud+ keeps all the important information on your device safely stored and gives you enhanced privacy protections for web browsing, email, and home security. Apple One is a bundle of six Apple services, including iCloud+, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, and Apple Fitness+. You will oversee the development of in-product marketing communications in support of feature discovery, ongoing engagement, and retention. You’ll partner with Product, Media, and Marcom teams to develop and communicate a clear strategy for external marketing, partner marketing, and Apple environments. The ideal candidate balances data-driven testing with customer-first experiences and enjoys building passionate teams within a large cross functional organization.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of experience in consumer marketing
Expertise in driving customer experience, growth and engagement for digital subscription services
Successfully launched new products and features working closely with business and communications
Demonstrated ability to present to executives at all levels and lead through influence
Proven ability to surface customer insights using primary and secondary research, simplify complex messaging, test, learn, and make clear, analytical recommendations
Mastery in writing compelling marketing and strategy briefs and experience working closely with product marketing on customer messaging
Experience managing a global marketing budget and executing with efficiency
Extraordinary relationship skills collaborating and influencing across teams
Comfort with ambiguity as this role will evolve based on strategy and product priorities
Description
Develop a marketing roadmap and align on priorities across all Apple services teams Articulate iCloud+ and Apple One proposition and its position within the Apple user experience to a wide range of constituents both internally and externally Use insights and data to create marketing recommendations Develop creative and messaging for consumer campaigns that maximizes budgets and drive business results Identify ways to boost international adoption and collaborate with cross functional teams to implement programs Initiate, coordinate, and review launch activities and deliverables for new features in conjunction with business, public relations, AppleCare, marketing communications, and many others Create and deliver compelling presentations and lead group discussions for a broad range of diverse partners across Apple
