POSITION SUMMARY:
As the General Manager, you’ll own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for your facility. You’ll work with each potential client to gain understanding of their background, their goals, and what motivates them through their health journey. With that understanding, you’ll build trust and work to identify solutions that help each customer realize a healthier life. In addition to acquiring new clients/members, the General Manager leads the facility and all Health Coach Staff to ensure excellence in operations and service delivery. As a part of a growing team, GMs are managed through clear objectives and expectations. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Sales & management experience is a plus but not required.
· Passion for health and helping others.
· Ability to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales goals.
· Self-motivated and hard working.
· Strong leadership ability.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Comfortable with local, community-based networking and marketing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage and develop membership sales pipeline.
· Establish and maintain a positive presence in the local community to aid in networking.
· Distributing marketing material out in the community.
· Help maintain a clean and inviting environment for members.
· Develop and nurture relationships with prospective members through outreach calls, appointment setting, and club tours.
· Manage facility operations to include maintaining standards, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
· Be an ambassador of the Anytime Fitness brand.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be available to work the staff hours from Monday-Thursday from 10am-7pm and Fridays from 9am-6pm. Staffing may mandate some Saturdays from 9am-12pm.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
