Job Title: Medical Operations Manager
Job Description:
The Anodyne Operations Team is seeking a top-performing Medical Operations Manager to be a part of our dynamic team advising and leading our practices nationwide. Anodyne Pain and Wellness offers physical medicine, behavioral health, interventional pain management, functional medicine and wellness services.
Flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough and rewarding responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to your Franchise teams through people development and improve franchise operations, and maximize business results
- Demonstrate Anodyne values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with the Corporate Team, Corporate Clinical Advisory Team and Vendors.
- Manage day-to-day execution of franchise operations – ongoing evaluation of solutions, solution implementation to Gold Standard Levels and feedback to assist with development of new services
- Identify and communicate franchise and patient needs that will enhance patient outcomes
- Able to clearly and concisely articulate recommendations to leadership based on data and facts
- Manage relationships with the Franchisees and their teams
- Support the innovation process – identifying problems, developing, refining, and managing solutions, gathering feedback and data to support the ongoing development of systems and services
- Serve as a subject matter expert for creation, final review and QA of presentations and document content in order to achieve a consistent and streamlined outcome
- Manage internal PowerPoint slide training resources and forms and develop a process to ensure its integrity and upkeep
- Some travel required
Qualifications
- Expert in healthcare operations – emphasis on positive patient experience and processes
- Revenue Cycle Management experience required
- Knowledge of billing systems a plus including basic knowledge of EMR/EHR programs
- Ability to deliver information, concisely, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisions
- Experience in communicating effectively with mid-level to senior management
- Ambitious leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results.
- Positive attitude and comfort with challenging ideas and solutions
- Comfortable with frequent change and dynamic work environment
- Able to deliver high value and quality results in tight time windows
- Ability to independently solve problems, collaborate with others and critical thinking
- Attention to detail and solid communication skills are a must
- Open and willing to receive and give constructive feedback
- Proficient in Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, Zoom
