JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Relationship with Third Party Vendors
3PL Guard Services (Allied Universal)
3PL Warehouse Operation Team
Led by Contractual Agreements
WHOLESALER RELATIONSHIPS
Be the single point of contact for the wholesalers. Maintain the relationship on DC related issues, attend state meetings, and participate in regional office activities. Understand where the performance gaps are and follow up when we aren’t meeting performance expectations. Contact each wholesaler on all denied miss shipment claims.
Support the regional sales office
Create & Maintain a wholesaler call list with all relevant details.
Get internal direction / advise on Safety measures (Demonstrate DPO to audit 3PL)
IMPORTANT METRIC TRACK
ING & REPORTING
Communicate performance to the 3PL and ensure they are focused on the right critical metrics. Share daily, weekly, & monthly performance results through a routine. Use DPO tools to solve problems and achieve the targets set for each important metric.
FINANCIALS
Be accountable for DC financials, including inventory, SCL, building expenses, utilities, 3PL invoices, and any other expenses. Lead over/under budget accordingly. No transactions should be done – this should all be led centrally by Time. Make sure the bonus/malice aspect of the contract is implemented and carried out (60 days delayed).
DPO
Make sure the site targets are achieved. Implement the DPO culture into the DC. Use the tools to achieve targets. You are accountable for achieving the annual targets.
AB RELATIONSHIP
Be the SPOC for all zone & brewery groups – BSC, 3PL, Breweries, Solutions, Transport. Handle all issues related to Inventory management, order management, transport management, fleet management.
INVENTORY
Work with 3PL on inventory routine, perform monthly inventory count (in addition to daily cycle counts), and raise and investigate variances
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. or B.A. degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business or Operations Research
Strong interpersonal, eye for business, financial and technical problem-solving skills
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Experience in QlikSense and/or Power BI
SAP & Logistics Planning systems knowledge & usage a plus; data mining experience preferred
Experience working with Warehouse Management System preferred
Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
