Salary: $94000-$110,000

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Finance Analyst is integral to the financial success of our BU. The Finance Analyst will own an end-to-end piece of finance processes, delivering relevant analyses to identify risks and opportunities for all Beyond Beer portfolio. The position is highly visible, collaborating cross-functionally with different teams and with the BU Leadership Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own an end-to-end piece of finance processes, delivering relevant analyses to identify risks and opportunities for all Beyond Beer portfolio

• Gather, organize, and clean data to create models reflecting business processes to identify, significant variances, risks, and opportunities. Deliver concrete insights to drive business improvement

• Awareness of internal management reporting and performance systems at the BU & Zone level, finding, understanding, challenging, and developing action plans to strengthen and improve financial processes

• Work cross functionally with, but not limited to, Procurement, Tax, Supply, Logistics, Sales, Revenue Management and Marketing teams to accelerate processes execution, identify and leverage standard methodologies and facilitate gap and action plan discussions to reach optimal outcomes that balance decisiveness and speed

• Lead BU P&L including ongoing efforts to optimize current reporting tools and capabilities

• Manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

• Six Sigma certification is a plus

• CPA or CFA certification is a plus. Must have knowledge of GAAP accounting

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Solid understanding of SAP

• Knowledge/expertise of analyzing budget performance in a CPG company

• 3+ Years experience in Finance, Planning and Strategy, or Consulting preferred

• Strong modeling (Excel) skills. Design structured resources allocation spreadsheets allowing for multi-scenario simulation

• Ability to use data to present findings, recommendations to Senior Leadership

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Present findings to Finance, Brand Teams, Planning and Performance Management and Marketing/Sales Senior Management.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
