Description:
This individual will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of Finance’s formal recruiting for full-time roles and Professional Re-Entry Program. The position will entail partnering across the Finance organization and with CEG to evaluate the talent needs of Finance while developing and delivering on the talent strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Finance hiring leaders and CEG to assess and define recruitment strategies, engage stakeholders, and create a pipeline of candidates interested in full-time opportunities in the Finance organization, specifically at the B30 and B35 level.
Manage candidate recruiting experience by building and maintaining relationships with external candidates to strengthen talent pipelines for the organization, ensure a seamless recruiting experience, and provide on-going colleague support after on-boarding.
Engage with Inclusion & Diversity organizations and partnerships to promote Finance opportunities and increase the diversity of Finance talent.
Conduct benchmarking of recruiting processes to identify opportunities to strategically enhance our existing programs and develop new programs.
Lead the re-launch of the Finance Professional Re-Entry Program.
Qualifications:
Strong project management and organizational skills, especially in managing large-scale, multiple customer projects.
Highly motivated, proactive self-starter who can lead initiatives with limited guidance and ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information, communicate key messages and influence organizational thinking; able to articulate key messages across multiple audiences.
Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly, and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to develop and leverage successful, productive relationships and to effectively work in a matrixed organization.
Exhibits strategic thought leadership, demonstrating innovative thinking and drives continuous process improvements.
Proven problem solver and generator of new ideas with strong sense of key business issues and opportunities.
Confidence and composure required to effectively communicate with senior management.
