The Enterprise Functions & Corporate Segment Finance team provides the full life-cycle of financial support to several critical areas of the company, driving both the financial planning & analysis and decision support LFO needs. This Director will lead 4 colleagues to drive and own the financial coverage of two vital functions for the enterprise:
Legal, regulatory, and compliance – Global Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit Group (IAG), and General Counsel Office (GCO)
Colleague services and communications – Colleague Experience Group (CEG), Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C), Aviation, and Executive Meetings.
The Director will have heavy interaction with business partners, senior leaders, and other finance teams while handling the finance support of these organizations. They will play a critical role in evaluating investments, refining processes, and identifying trade-offs & cost savings to enable the ongoing management of these Enterprise Functions. The Finance Director should be a dynamic individual who can communicate effectively with business and finance partners, drive key financial processes, deliver superior analytics, and manage complex tasks in a global organization.

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
